2. Booking and Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment or deposit and send you a confirmation by email. Crown India Holidays reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking. Any additional charges such as taxes, entrance fees, or optional activities not mentioned in the tour inclusions will be the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy applicable to your selected tour package. Processing fees, supplier charges, or non-refundable deposits may apply. Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking. It is also the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, identification documents, travel insurance, and any other documents required for the journey.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, and other unforeseen circumstances. Crown India Holidays is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
8. Health and Safety
Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for their chosen tour. Any existing medical conditions, dietary requirements, or physical limitations should be disclosed before booking so that suitable arrangements can be considered where possible.
9. Changes to Itineraries
Crown India Holidays reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, hotels, transportation, sightseeing schedules, or other services due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or unforeseen events. Any changes will be made with the intention of providing the best possible travel experience.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality travel services, Crown India Holidays shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, transportation failures, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for the booked services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Crown India Holidays website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is the property of Crown India Holidays unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
